Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • UK Customers: Free shipping is provided on your original order. Return shipping is also free within the UK.

  • International Customers: A standard international shipping fee of £10 applies to your original order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shopify@nuriyahltd.shop with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

At this time, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to arrange the process.
